Matt Wdowiarz is a guitarist and vocalist from the western suburbs of Chicago. He’s played with a wide variety of projects ranging from big bands to acoustic alternative rock groups, constantly seeking to create interesting textures and combinations of sound and energy with his music.

A lifelong musician, Matt’s family roots in Americana often bleed through, his influences including Phish, Jimmy Herring, the Punch Brothers, the Foo Fighters, and the Tedeschi-Trucks band. But because Matt is constantly seeking his own evolution in music and life, he isn’t one to lock into any particular style. As his grandfather used to say, “You gotta love the music, not just putting on a show.”
